Sending you my gratitude for this 5-minute self-care! Every single day, I make sure that I spend an hour to myself just focusing on my feelings and my thoughts. I find that it helps me a lot to stay sane during this tough time. It can get a bit overwhelming whenever I watch the news because majority of them are tragic news about the coronavirus, so I like to balance it out by reading some articles containing good news. I just hope that this will all be over soon because I am feeling more and more anxious as the days go by.
